All of the ingredients we use here at Y'Not Organic are just that: organic and local. We stock our kitchen in much the same way as our home kitchen, with daily deliveries of fresh, organic ingredients that we select from local Central Coast growers. We pride ourselves in being one of the only 100% vegan and organic restaurants in San Luis Obispo County, serving you freshness and tastiness daily from our establishment in Pismo Beach.

In addition to our menu items, we also offer daily specials inspired by seasonal ingredients, the weather, and how we are feeling. We are always on the lookout for new sources of ideas and inspiration, so when we travel the world (which we admit we do often), we bring back our favorite flavors and culinary discoveries.
